It’s BBQ time


BBQ was a very new word for me when i first came to Hong kong . We have a beach near our place , used to visit the beach .Then We saw so much crowd near beach baking n cooking stuff n enjoying. Then i thought what is this Tandoor (A kinda of oven made with clay to cook roti Indian breads and Naan) kind of thing here .Then i get to know this is barbecue Area. We planned to be there n do something , But then the ques arose what all we can cook there ?? Being vegetarian We had very less options to bake there. First time we jus had Corn , Sweet Potatoes. The second time i tried Bati ( very famous dish of Rajasthan ,India daal Bati.) I cooked dal at home and Bati at barbecue.
This was my third time at barbecue When i cooked Paneer Tikka , Corn and Sweet Potatoes and Bread with Salsa Salad.
